Privileged to speak on Fertility Preservation in Malignancies at a webinar hosted by the Oncology Integrated Research Foundation and UPSC AGOI on February 25, 2025. My talk covered advanced fertility preservation techniques, evolving protocols, and the importance of early referral for fertility preservation.The need of the hour is to increase awareness regarding fertility preservation and to streamline oncofertility services so that every young man and woman in need of fertility preservation prior to undergoing gonadotoxic treatment gets the opportunity to discuss about fertility preserving options.
There is a huge need to bridge the information and knowledge gap between fertility specialists and oncologists in offering oncofertility services.I am very passionate about fertility preservation and was delighted to have this opportunity to interact with oncologists.
