It was a privilege to host an insightful webinar on Lean vs. Obese PCOS on December 5, 2023, where we delved into the metabolic, hormonal, and reproductive distinctions between PCOS phenotypes, highlighting the importance of individualized treatment strategies to optimize fertility outcomes. PCOS remains one of the most prevalent endocrine disorders, affecting one in five women in India, necessitating a nuanced and evidence-based approach to management. As an Executive Committee Member of the PCOS Society of India, I am dedicated to enhancing awareness and education on PCOS, not only through public health initiatives but also by spearheading CME programs that equip gynecologists with the latest advancements in fertility care for PCOS patients.
