Honored to be invited as a guest speaker at the E3 Seminars, organized by The PCOS Society of India in Belgaum, Karnataka, on November 5, 2025. This academic gathering brought together leading clinicians and researchers dedicated to advancing the understanding of PCOS. My session, “Obese Versus Lean PCOS: A Nuanced Approach to Management,” explored the distinct metabolic pathways, pathophysiological variations, and tailored treatment strategies for these two phenotypes. The discussion was intellectually stimulating, with dynamic participation from attendees, reflecting the evolving landscape of reproductive endocrinology and precision medicine.
The interactive exchange of ideas with fellow practitioners was particularly enriching, sparking insightful debates and innovative perspectives on optimizing patient outcomes. The enthusiasm and engagement of the audience underscored the importance of continuous learning and collaboration in refining clinical approaches.
